Fear the right things

Something interesting I found in Paul Graham’s startup lessons:
“Almost everyone’s initial plan is broken. If companies stuck to their initial plans, Microsoft would be selling programming languages, and Apple would be selling printed circuit boards. In both cases their customers told them what their business should be– and they were smart enough to listen.”
(In Number 4-about listening to your users).
The paragraph before that one talks about “visible disasters” that startups often face, I can tell you boso is a hustle, and we’ve had to/are overcoming quite a few obstacles. Me n Harj are on the £1 sandwiches for lunch stage right now.
I’m also thinking of shaving my head a la Jose Mourinho.
